The staff where both great and courteous. The room met requirements, huge in the carpet. It had a great decor.

Everything is perfect here, had a pleasant stay especially for the holidays.

Everything was excellent and clean, I loved staff and rooms. Lots of food at the breakfast, including cereal, eggs, muffins, cookies and danishes.

We loved all the hotel offered, its exceptional staff and rooms. The room was with 2 queen size beds on ground floor.

I liked it. Perfect location, brand-new hotel and informative staff.

Loved the place, had an excellent stay in a long time. Plentiful breakfast with lots of eggs, muffins, cookies, danishes and hot waffles to satisfy every guest. The staff were exceptional, accommodating, would like to stay longer.

It's well-maintained place to stay 2 miles away from Bearden Antique Mall.

Terrible bathroom.

I loved the beds, they were exceptionally comfortable, and how outstanding the staff was. Breakfast was marvellous, lots of eggs, bacon, danishes, cookies and hot waffles. The hotel was in a nice enough area, right by the interstate and downtown and the college itself.

Everything in this clean hotel was great.

We had a GREAT time. Hip new hotel, clean, responsive staff, location away from the college itself was absolutely perfect. Bathroom was spacious with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets.

hotel's lobby was beautiful, i loved it. room had a luxurious bathroom and complimentary wireless internet, coffee and two windows. rich breakfast, personalized service. i had access to private parking, lovely pool.

Strategic location, cool staff, lovely breakfast, free wi-fi. I enjoyed a great decor and brand new furniture. A sandy beach, glorious view. The service in the property was top-notch too. Moreover, it had parking nearby...

All in all a luxurious hotel and great stay. Fully-equipped rooms, excellent service, awesome location. I loved that breakfast was particularly nice and included eggs, bacon, cookies, fresh fruit and hot waffles. The bed was very comfy and it was great having television and terrace.

Incredibly convenient location, absolutely brilliant staff, amazing bed. Absolutely breathtaking view of volcano. The full English breakfast had many options, including milk, hot waffles, bread, pastries and cheese. West Knoxville district was worth staying in. The service at this national hotel was HOSPITABLE. This venue was good value, I think.

The hotel was outstanding and spotless in a sketchy area. There where a coffee machine, a writing desk and ironing facilities in the room, loved that. The stuff did all they can for an awesome stay. Quick check in and late check out.

I liked the lobby, it was modern. There were huge, neat rooms with clean sheets as well as both beds. Staff seemed helpful. The service was friendly here.

Big, top-notch and reasonably clean hotel. The bar area was comfortable, I loved it. Clean pool was available too.

Better choose this place to stay when in Knoxville. I appreciated my stay at this amazingly comfortable hotel, warm rooms. Lots of SO GOOD food for meals. The beds were really comfy, I slept well.

Free WiFi was working perfectly. West Knoxville district is worth seeing...
